Paragon move in to new Head Office and Distribution Hub

Hull based Paragon, previously Nekem, has moved in to their new Distribution hub in under nine months since construction commenced. The new 40,000 sqft facility incorporates 13,700 sqft of offices over 3 storeys around an impressive atrium with lift, and a bottle capping line and distribution facility to the rear.

The building was designed by Wykeland’s in-house architect to suit Paragon’s exact requirements and also incorporates Green Technology such as rain-water harvesting and low energy lighting system. The impressive frontage to the building with it’s dedicated car parking gives the appearance of a Headquarter whilst also allowing the growing company to run it’s production and distribution facility from a fenced yard with dedicated access. The design code implemented by Wykeland whereby 20% of the site is landscaped has further improved the development.
